Emirates Gas LLC (EMGAS) is committed towards safety of the society and Product Stewardship, and has in place a well-defined, structured and comprehensive Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) of bulk LPG tanks and installation of all its customers. The Process assures the customer that the LPG installation meets the safety requirements and recommends measures to enhance the same, if required.

Pre-Delivery Objectives:

	To check and ensure that the bulk installation meets the operational safety requirements which would be required for safe and efficient bulk delivery operation at the customer site
	To advise customers on deviations from best industry practices requirements and corrective actions to enhance their installation safety
	To provide a structured approach to carry out the entire process involving customers at all stages of the process as a value added service to the end user

Technical assistance in the areas of storage, gas characteristics, usage optimization etc. are provided to customers, consultants and gas installation contractors at every stage from inception of the project, if required. Customers are encouraged to utilize this expertise of EMGAS to ensure that there are no surprises at the time of PDI.

Periodical safety audits, training of customer personnel involved in LPG operation and regular feedback during deliveries are part of our services.

The entire Pre-Delivery Inspection process, beginning with the submission of an electronic form (Form A - Checklist for PDI Technical Document), is conducted ONLINE in a secured environment at www.emiratesgas.com. The entire process is user friendly and transparent whereby the initiator is kept fully informed of the progress at every stage until its logical conclusion.
